John Slauch, IV, 33, of Honey Brook, PA passed away at his home on Friday, November 14, 2014. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of Rose Mary Swisher and  the late Harry J. Slauch, III and his stepfather John Edwards.
John was an area resident all his life. He was employed as a farmer. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and he will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived, in addition to his mother and stepfather, by four children; Harry John Slauch,V, Matthew Marshall Slauch, Nicholas Glenn Slauch and Savannah Joan Slauch all of Honey Brook, two brothers; Scott Slauch of Coatesville and Kyle Edwards of Honey Brook and maternal Grandfather Leo Swisher of Coatesville.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 7pm from the Hibernia United Methodist Church, 220 Hibernia Rd, Coatesville, PA 19320 with Pastor Joan Trout officiating. Visitation will held in the Church from 6 to 7pm.

Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Hibernia United Methodist Church at the above address.

this has taken all us with such a great tremendous hurt. john was a great guy and most of all wonderful father. he would have given a stranger the shirt off his back. there is so many memories and fun times that john has put into so many people's lives. he has 4 kids that are at a loss. keep the prayers for the kids and his mom and family all in your thoughts. and all the memories and fun you ever had with john in your mind and hearts.
