William M. Cranata

William M. Cranata, 80, of West Caln, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at the Brandywine  Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late William Cranata and Mary Pallchenie Cranata.

Bill proudly served his Country with the Marine Corp for four years and then in the US Army for 11 years.  He was employed for 25 years by the Coatesville VA Medical Center with the Police Department. He was also a professional part-time musician.

He is survived by five children;  Mary Kathleen Rigg, William M. Cranata, Jr., Carol, Diane and Thomas Cranata, many grandchildren and dear friend Carol Sokso who, along with her husband Donald, took care of Bill when his health began to decline.
