Ursula C. Moore

Ursula C. Moore, 80, of Valley Township, passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.  She was the widow of the late Claire Edward "Eddie" Moore, Jr., with whom she shared 24 years of marriage.

Born in Pirmasens, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Maria (Blinn) and Oskar Kraus.

Ursula enjoyed crocheting, playing bingo, bowling, and playing computer games, and interacting on Facebook.  She was a family woman, who loved her family and was a second mom to many.

She is survived by her five children: Werner Wolf, husband of Ursula, of Germany, Debbie Ogle, wife of Larry, of Richmond, Va., Patty Cozzone of Christiana, Jeff Moore, husband of Susan, of Coatesville, and Cheryl Hassler, wife of Bill, of Coatesville; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Ursula was predeceased by her three siblings, Gertrude, Kurt, and Emil.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 18th, 2021 at 11 AM at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, followed by interment at Upper Octorara Cemetery in Parkesburg.  The viewing will be from 9:30 AM until the time of the service.
