Thomas A. Dunwoody

Thomas A. Dunwoody, 65, of Parkesburg passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021. Born in Bryn Mawr, he was the son of Frances (LeCain) Dunwoody and the late James Dunwoody. He was the beloved husband of Tammy Dunwoody with whom he shared 27 years of marriage.

Thomas was a graduate of Great Valley High School and went on to establish his own business hauling scrap metal for over thirty years. Outside of work, Thomas cherished time spent with his family, riding his Harley Davidson's, and swimming in his pool.

He is survived in addition to his Mother and Wife by two children: Harlee Dunwoody (Lennon Boyer) of Mount Vernon, Ohio, and Mackenzie Dunwoody of Parkesburg. Additionally, he is survived by his brother, David Dunwoody of Spring City, and 3 nephews.

A Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM, on Saturday, October 2, 2021, from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main Street, Parkesburg, PA 19365. Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation period taking place from 9:30 AM until the start of the service.
