Theresa "Tessie" Kozlowski

Theresa "Tessie" Kozlowski, 86, of Parkesburg, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at the Brandywine Hospital. Born in Mt. Carmel, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Kozlowski and Helen Kozlowski Yarnall.

Theresa was under the care NHS of Chester County in Parkesburg for the last 24 years.

She is survived by her sister-in-law Florence Kozlowski of Upland, two nieces;Marie E. Weaver and Jennifer Sokolovich, both of Upland, many nieces and nephews and the caring staff at NHS of Chester County.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 11am from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA with visitation from 10 to 11am. Interment will be private at the St. Joseph's Cemetery of Mt. Carmel, PA.
