Sherri L. Findley

April 10, 1967 — July 25, 2014

Sherri L. Findley, 47, of Parkesburg, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014 at the Neighborhood Hospice of West Chester.  She was the beloved wife of James S. Findley, with whom she shared four years of marriage.

Born in Mechanicsburg, Sherri was the daughter of Barbara Johnson of Coatesville and the late George Karrer.

Sherri had a Bachelor's degree in Business from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from West Chester University.  She was the Associate Executive Director at the YMCA of Brandywine Valley in Jennersville and Kennett Square for the past seven years.  Prior to that she was an Elementary School Teacher in both PA and CA.

Sherri is survived, in addition to her husband and mother, by her two children: Mandi and Zachary Schuldheisz; five stepchildren, Tessa Findley, Tiera Wiest, Tara Findley, Nichol Martinez and Holly Schuldheisz; two grandchildren; and two siblings, Patti VanCleave of Downingtown and Randy Karrer of Coatesville.

The memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 5:30 at Willowdale Chapel (Jennersville Campus), 111 Vineyard Way, West Grove, PA 19390 with visitation from 4 PM until 5:30 PM.
