Shawn B. Green

Shawn B. Green, 46, of Honey Brook, PA, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2009 at the Reading Hospital.  He was the beloved husband of Debbie McDonald Green, with whom he shared 20 years of marriage this past February.

Born in Albany, N.Y., Shawn was the son of Edward and Anne Woodhead Green of Albany, N.Y.  He was a high school graduate of South Colonie School District of New York and a graduate of Union College.  Shawn was employed as a Software Test Engineer at Vertex of Berwyn, PA.  He was a member of the United Church of Christ in Gulph Mills.

He is survived, in addition to his wife and parents, by three children, Patrick B., Ian A. and Conor L. Green, all of Honey Brook; two sisters, Stephanie Wood, wife of Richard, of Rome, N.Y. and Pamela Green Stryker of Albany.

The Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 1 PM at the Parkesburg Methodist Church, 411 West Main St., Parkesburg, PA.  Visitation will be held at the Church from 11 AM until 1 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a fund for the Green Boys, in care of Fulton Bank.
