Santos A. Ortiz Bermudez

Santos A. Ortiz Bermudez, 65, of Coatesville, passed away on March 22, 2018. Born in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Candido Ortiz and Obe E. Bermudez.

He is survived by his sons, Juan Ortiz of Coatesville, Omar Ortiz of Deland, Florida, John P. Ortiz of Cleveland, Ohio, and Santo Ortiz of Deland, Florida, 10 grandchildren, one great grandchild and his siblings, Luz Bernal of Coatesville, Aida Martinez of Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, Norma Santiago of Wilmington, DE, Carlos Bermudez of Shamokin, Pa, Ivan Ortiz of Philadelphia, PA, Angel Ramon Ortiz of Puerto Rico, Luz Linnette Ortiz of Wilmington, DE, Luz Jeannette Ortiz of Puerto Rico, Rachel Rivera of Wilmington, DE,  and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Confesor Ortiz.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph's Church, 404 Charles St., Coatesville, PA followed by interment at Fairview Cemetery, Coatesville, PA.  Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing on Tuesday evening, March 27th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA and also at the church from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
