Sandra Lee Lyons

Sandra Lee (Jordan) Lyons, 71, of Morgantown, PA, passed away at the Brandywine Hospital on Tuesday, July 11th, 2017.  She was the widow of the late Lemore "Jack" Lyons who passed away in 2014 after they had shared 50 years of marriage.

Born in Coatesville, Sandra was the daughter of the late Arrietta (McGinnis) and Charles E. Hess.  She was a 1963 graduate of Coatesville High School.  Sandra worked as the Switchboard Director at the VA Hospital of Coatesville.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pequea.  She was part of the Roller Skating Association and more than three local Bowling Leagues.

Sandra is survived by her children, Juanita Wiley, wife of Albert Trice, of Dover, PA, and Shirley Lyons, wife of Edward Ford, of Narvon, step children; Michael Lyons and Lynne Stauffer, wife of Rich, both of Florida, brother Barry Hess of Morgantown, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and her four legged companion, Rascal Paul. She was predeceased by one daughter, Jeanette Rader.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 2:30 PM at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, PA followed by interment in Glen Run Cemetery, Atglen, PA.  The viewing will be from 1:30 - 2:30 PM.
