Rick B. Barber

Rick B. Barber, 59, of Atglen, passed away on Thursday, October 10th, 2013, at his home surrounded by his family.

Born in Ashe County, North Carolina, he was the beloved son of Willie A. Barber of Cochranville and the late Mary L. (Coldiron) Barber. An area resident his entire life, he was a member of the Atglen Missionary Baptist Church.

He was employed by the Kennett Square Friends Meeting House working in maintenance.

Rick is survived, in addition to his father, by his sister, Diane Prange, wife of Leonard, of Parkesburg; nephew Christopher Prange, niece Angie Gordon, wife of George; two grand nieces, Tessa Gordon and Madison Prange and grand nephew George Gordon, IV.

The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 11 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, followed by interment in the Glen Run Baptist Cemetery of Atglen. Viewing from 10 until 11 AM.
