Richard Lee Radcliff

Richard Lee Radcliff, 84, of Wyomissing, formerly of Downingtown, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at the Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. He was the beloved husband of Barbara A. Simonds Radcliff with whom he shared 60 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late J. Elwood and Mary Mackey Radcliff.

Dick received a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Penn State. After college he served in the US Army from 1953 to 1955. He was employed all his life as an architect and was in partnership with Radcliff and Sipe Architects of West Chester.

Dick was a member of the Central Presbyterian Church of Downingtown, the Downingtown Chapter of Rotary International and, as a youth, he proudly achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.

He is survived, in addition to his wife, by two daughters; Robin R., wife of Thomas Yontz of North Smithfield, RI and Lynn R., wife of Robert Macadangdang of Wyomissing, PA, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
