Patricia A. Wright

Patricia Wright (Beatty), 73, of Gap, PA passed away suddenly on Tuesday January 10, 2023 at home.  Born August 30, 1949 to Peggy Hartshorne and Arthur Beatty, Pattie grew up in Malvern and spent most of her life there.  She attended Great Valley High School in Malvern and worked at Kohlerman's Pharmacy for many years, she then went onto a second career at the Pulse Academy in Downingtown.

Pattie is survived by her husband, Edward Wright of Gap, her four children, Stephanie, David, Michael and Mark, Her 6 grandchildren, Ashley, Jonathan, Julia, Nicholas, Anastasia and Samuel.  Her Siblings, Jess-deceased, Larry, Darlene, Dwayne and Eva, many cousins and nieces and nephews, her lifelong friends Melody and Joanne and many more, her dog  Amber and hundreds of students from her days of teaching and her Monkeys- if you know, you know.

Pattie's amazing creativeness is remembered by all from her Halloween floats, costumes and holiday Decorations to her ability to sew nearly anything you requested without a pattern.  She loved Disney World, camping and picnics with her family and friends.  She brought kindness, joy and laughter wherever she went and gave it freely to others.

Interment is private with a Celebration of life planned for the spring. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in her honor to either the Brandywine SPCA or Tunnels to Towers . (Click on organization to donate.)
