Patricia L. Hoffmeier

Patricia L. Hoffmeier, 65, of Atglen, entered into rest on Monday, June 9, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Anne Rynier of Parkesburg. She was the wife of Ronald Hoffmeier with whom she recently celebrated 50 years of marriage. She was a 1966 graduate of Octorara High School and she also graduated from Gordon Phillips School of Cosmetology. She retired from PNC Bank where she worked as a Teller/Rep.

Pat was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 4480 of Parkesburg. She served as a Cub Scout Den Mother in the 1970's and was a past member of the PTO.

She enjoyed camping and traveling. Her hobbies included gardening and quilt making. She performed volunteer service with the Florida Hospital at Orlando, FL where she made pillow cases and donated them to the children patients.

She is survived, in addition to her husband, by three sons; Ronald Jr. and wife Karen of Paradise, Michael and wife Sheila of Kirkwood and Steven and wife Erica of Atglen, five grandchildren; Stephanie, Lindsey, Travis, Dalton and Tyler, one sister Judy Johnson of Parkesburg, one brother William Rynier of Coatesville and 17 nephews and nieces.
