Patricia J. Reeder

Patricia J. Reeder, 79, of Coatesville, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2014 at the Conestoga View Nursing Home in Lancaster. She was the wife of the late Roland K. "Jake" Reeder who died in 2006. Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Jackson Smith.

An area resident all her life, she was a member of the Pomeroy United Methodist Church and a life member of the Pomeroy Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by three children; Roland Thomas Reeder, and wife Pamela of Seminole, FL, Linda S., wife of Michael Barnes of Kinzers, PA and Barbara L., wife of Michael Quinn of Coatesville; four grandchildren, one great grandchild and two step siblings; Thomas Lichtner and Mary Ann Wendling. She was preceded in death by a step brother Herman Lichtner.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 11am from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg followed by interment at the Upper Octorara Cemetery.
