Pamela Ann Shuman

Pamela Ann Shuman, 58, of Coatesville, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of Bryan E. Shuman with whom she shared 34 years of marriage. Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of the late Earl J. and Marion Holcombe Moessner.
Pam was area resident all her life and a 1975 graduate of the Coatesville Area High School. She continued her education at Messiah College graduating in 1979 and later, received a Masters degree from Immaculata University.
Pam was employed for 14 years at the Scott Middle School in Coatesville  as a special education teacher.
She is survived, in addition to her husband, by four children; Jennifer Rice and husband Rev. Robert W. Rice of Muncy, PA, Kristen Shuman of Downingtown, Kevin Shuman of Newark, DE and Jason Shuman of Exton, five grandchildren; Tyla Parker, Alexa, Kaylyn, Cole and Cohen Rice and one brother Mark Moessner of Elkton, MD.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 11am from the Cornerstone Fellowship Church,  101 Kylies Rd., Coatesville, PA followed by interment at the Faggs Manor Cemetery, Cochranville. Visitation at the church from 9 to 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Muncy Baptist Church Childrens' Ministry, 9 W. Penn St., Muncy, PA 17756.
