Myrtle L. Katz

Myrtle L. Katz, 98, of Parkesburg, formerly of New Jersey and Arizona, passed away on Saturday, May, 21, 2011 at the Brandywine Hospital, Coatsville, PA. She was the widow of Charles W. Katz who died in 1974. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lillian Orr Griesing. She was employed by Homemakers of America.



She is survived by two sons; Clarence E. Katz and wife Judith of Willow Grove and Alan R. Katz and wife Virginia of Chandler, AZ and two grandchildren Melissa and Steven Katz. She was preceded in death by two siblings Charles Griesing and Ann Videtto.



Memorial services will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 2:00 pm from the Parkesburg Community Church, 305 Strasburg Ave., Parkesburg, PA 19365. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Parkesburg Community Church at the above address.
