Mr. Charles Edward Williams

Mr. Charles Edward Williams, 93, of Coatesville, passed away on February 17, 2013 at Pembrooke Nursing Home, in West Chester.

He was the son of the late Deacon Benjamin and Louise Williams and the devoted husband of Mrs. Oretha Williams.

Charles served in the US Army during WWII. He was employed by the Lukens Steel Co. retiring with 35 years of service.

He was a member of the Lily of the Valley Masonic Lodge. He attended Coatesville Public Schools and he was a faithful member of Mt. Zion AME Church.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by one step daughter, seven grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, two sister-in-laws, one brother-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Memorial service will be held at Mt. Zion AME Church , Zion Hill Road, Atglen, PA on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 6pm with visitation from 5 to 6pm. Interment will be private.
