Michael W. Collins

Michael W. Collins, 64, of Towerville, passed away at his home on Thursday, January 19, 2017. He was the beloved husband of  Vicky Lynn Peters Collins with whom he shared 35 years of marriage. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of Alma Noble Collins of Towerville and the late Leon O. Collins.

Mike was an area resident all his life and a member of the Towerville Christian Church. He loved God, construction and he was a member of the NRA.

He is survived, in addition to his wife and mother, by one daughter Rachel Collins of Myerstown, two grandchildren, James Edward Opalka III and Madelyn Victoria Collins; and one brother Kenneth Collins, husband of Pamela of Coatesville; and his sister-in-law, Georgine Collins. He was preceded in death by a brother William "Denny" Collins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 11am at the Towerville Christian Church, 10 Hannum Drive, East Fallowfield, PA 19320 visitation and viewing at the church from 10 to 11:00am.
