Michael A. Lowe

February 14, 1974 — February 12, 2025

Michael A. Lowe, 50, of Downingtown, PA, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at the Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA. Born in West Chester, he was the son of Kathryn Marsh Lowe and the late Harold A. Lowe,

Mike was an area resident all his life. He attended the Coatesville Area School District.

He was employed most of his life as a landscaper and he also worked in the construction business. Michael was the first guy most of his friends called for help on a project whether it was a household thing or a yard thing. He always was going out for a few hours to help someone.

He was Mike to some, Mikey or Uncle Mikey to others but he was always Michael to us.

He enjoyed fishing with anyone who wanted to go. He also loved sitting outside with a fire and some music and loved to cook for his family; especially on the grill.

He loved watching The Philadelphia Eagles and The Phillies and would have a catch whenever he could. He loved to shoot hoops with his sister and make impossible shots from far away when playing a game of horse.  He was an avid pool player and enjoyed a good game.

He is survived, in addition to his mother, by one sister Sharon Lowe of Dowingtown, PA, one brother Thomas Lowe of Kennett Square, PA, two uncles; Clyde "Skip" Lowe and wife Lisa of Parkesburg and Kenny Lowe and wife Linda of Pomeroy, PA, several devoted cousins and many good friends.

A memorial service is being planned and will be announced at a later date when details are finalized.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Wilde Funeral Home of Parkesburg, PA. Online condolences can be posted at www.wildefuneralhome.com
