Marlene L. Kennedy

Marlene L. Kennedy, 64, of Coatesville passed away at Brandywine Hall on Tuesday, January 10, 2023. Born in Coatesville she was the daughter of the late Stewart Fox and Beverly Marie (Phillips) Fox. She was the beloved wife of Robert Bruce Kennedy, with whom she shared 31 years of marriage.

She attended Coatesville Area Senior High school and went on to serve as a lieutenant for security at Lukens Steel of Coatesville.

Marlene enjoyed reading, watching movies, and vacationing at various destinations. She cherished time spent with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

She is survived in addition to her husband by five children: Jason McCully of Birdsboro, Robert Kennedy III of Coatesville, Bethany Kennedy and fiancé Gavin Ream of Reading, Jacob Kennedy of Coatesville, and Jon Kennedy also of Coatesville. Additionally, she is survived by one sister: Trudy Beam of Sadsbury and two grandchildren: Jason McCully and Jackson Lee Ream.

She is preceded in death by one sister: Amber Carson.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
