M. Patricia Myers Hoskins

M. Patricia Myers Hoskins, 79, formerly of Downingtown, died on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at the Pembrooke Health and Rehab Center of West Chester. She was the widow of the late Robert B. Hoskins, Sr. who passed away in 2007. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Robert L. and Edith Withrow Myers.

Pat was a graduate of Scott High School class of 1948. She was employed by Marinet Mills, and most recently at Burroughs & Litton-Sweeda.

She is survived by five children; Robert B. Hoskins, Jr. and wife Iris, of Honey Brook , Ronald P. Hoskins, of Honey Brook, Richard J. Hoskins of Parkesburg, Randee P. Hoskins, and wife Donna, of Parkesburg and Bonnie G. Hoskins of Pottstown; 14 grandchildren; two of which she raised; Tonya Louise Hoskins and Thaddeus Hoskins both of Spruces, PA, 24 great grandchildren and several neices and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter Patty Ann Hoskins, one son Rusti N. Hoskins and three brothers; Norman Thompson and Robert and Martin, "Butch" Myers.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 11:00am from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA with a viewing from 10am to 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc., 399 Market St., Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
