Lorraine J. DeHaven, 77, of West Grove, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Luther House Senior Living. She was the widow of Preston Dehaven Jr., who passed away in 1998.
Born in Denver, Co., Lorraine was daughter of the late Lawrence Kincaid, Edith Turner, and her stepfather, Jack Wilson.
An area resident most of her life, she was a 1956 graduate of Octorara High School. She was employed as a waitress at Jack's Drive-In for 30 years. She attended the United Methodist Church of Cochranville; and belonged to the Golden Agers of Cochranville.
Lorraine is survived by her two children: Deborah L. Dry, wife of George, of Wellsboro, Pa., and John P. Dehaven of Cochranville; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and one sister, Gayle Caldwell of Cochranville. She was predeceased by her brother Larry Kincaid.
The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 11 AM at the United Methodist Church, 92 Church St, Cochranville, PA, followed interment in Faggs Manor Cemetery of Cochranville. Viewing will be from 10 until 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations be made to the church at the above address.
