Loretta Kay Hoover

Loretta Kay Hoover, 59, of Cochranville, passed away at the Heartland Hospice in Pine Creek, Delaware on Sunday June 21, 2009. She was the wife of Chester B. Hoover with whom she shared 22 years of marriage. Born in Wilmington, DE she was the daughter of Clarence and Dorothy M. Barker Darnell of Cochranville.

Loretta was a 1968 graduate of the Octorara High School. She was employed by Chemical Leaman Corp. of Downingtown as an accountant and most recently she was employed by Accutome of Malvern retiring in 2007. She was a member of the Kelton Church of Christ.

She is survived, in addition to her husband and parents by two sons; Richy Lee Hoover and wife Phyllis of Blue Ball, PA, Jeffrey Allen Hoover of Honey Brook, PA, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and three sisters; Lorraine Kim Francis of Avondale, Lorna Kip Vitato of Texas, and Lorie Kit Smith of Parkside.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 2:00pm from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, Pa. followed by interment at the Oxford Cemetery, PA.

Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing at the funeral home from 1:00pm to the time of the service.
