Lista M. Smith

Lista M. Smith, 95, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at the Tel Hai Nursing Home, where she had lived for four years. She was the widow of Clinton L. Smith, who passed away in 1980.

Born in Altoona, PA she was the daughter of the late Maud Amos Miller and Jacob Miller. She was a Registered Nursing, working for both the Valley Forge Military Hospital and the VA Medical Center in Coatesville.

She is survived by her nephew, B. Michael Miller, and wife Georgianna, of East Fallowfield, PA, great nieces; Laura R. Miller of New York, Tara Schlindler of Wilmington, DE, great nephews; Michael C. Miller of West Chester, PA and Shawn Dougherty of Philadelphia.

Graveside services will be held on September 9, 2009 at the Arlington National Cemetery, where she will be buried beside her husband.
