Linda L. Dodds

Linda L. Dodds, 60, of Modena, passed away on Friday, July 15th at her home, surrounded by loved ones.  She was the wife of Donald D. Dodds, with whom she shared 41 years of marriage.

Born in Coatesville, Linda was the daughter of the late Mildred (Wilmont) and Donald Crothers.  She had worked as a nurse's aide at Pocopson Home.

Linda was a lifelong resident of Modena.  She enjoyed spending time with her dog, "Harley".  She liked to go camping, especially at Elk Neck.  Linda was very good at crocheting.  She enjoyed being home, and especially enjoyed her grandchildren.

She is survived, in addition to her husband, by her five grandchildren: David, Ethan, Alyssa, Brooke Crothers, and Zion Shockley; great-grandson, Dominic Crothers-LoDuca; and siblings, Debra, Judy, and Donald Crothers.

Linda was predeceased by her two children: Jessica Lynn Dodds and David Allen Crothers, Sr.; great-granddaughter Rosalie Crothers Shockley and brother Dennis Wilmont.

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 20th, 2022 at 2 PM at Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, Pa., followed by interment in Hephzibah Baptist Cemetery of East Fallowfield.  The viewing will be from 12:30 until the time of the service.
