Kevin W. Mccafferty, Sr.

Kevin W. McCafferty, Sr., of Parkesburg, passed away on his 54th birthday, Saturday, March 9th, 2013 at the Chester County Hospital. He was the husband of Susan Stone McCafferty.

Born in Bryn Mawr Hospital, Kevin was the son of Margaret Wright McCafferty and the late John McCafferty.

He was employed as at Truck Driver for CPC of King of Prussia and was a member of the Truck Drivers Union.

Kevin was a member of the Gospel Tabernacle of Narvon.

He is survived, in addition to his wife and mother, by his children: Shannon Columbus, wife of Paul, of Harrisburg, Kevin W. McCafferty Jr., husband of Christy, of Phoenixville and stepson Joseph Stone, husband of Jessica, of Ephrata; eight grandchildren; and three siblings, Lynn Friedrofer of Mountville, Pa, Jack McCafferty of Elizabethtown and Tom McCafferty of East Goshen.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 11 AM at the Gospel Tabernacle, 895 Red Hill Rd Narvon, PA 17555, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. The viewing will be held from 10 until 11 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gospel Tabernacle at the above address.
