Kathleen Gowen

Kathleen Gowen, 80, of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at Hospice of Christiana Care in Wilmington, Delaware. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John I. Gowen and Edilen Murray Gowen.

Kathleen was employed most of her life in the clerical department at the Wilmington VA Medical Center.

She is survived by two sisters; Eileen Drews of Warminister, PA and Grace Filoromo of Gordonville, PA, one niece Tara Wachowski and husband Mark and two great nieces; Erica and Lauren Wachowski.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Consolation Church, 603 West Second Ave., Parkesburg, PA with visitation and viewing at the church from 9:30 AM to the time of the service followed by interment at All Souls Catholic Cemetery, Coatesville, PA.
