Judy K. Mcpherson

Judy K. McPherson, 78, of Quarryville, PA, passed away on  Friday, May 26, 2023 at the Newport Meadows Nursing Home in Christiana, PA. She was the wife of the late Donald L. McPherson who died in 2013. They shared 49 years of marriage. Born in West Grove, PA, she was the daughter of the late Walter L. Soulliard and Alice Hagy Soulliard.

Judy was an area resident all her life and a 1962 graduate of the Oxford High School. She was employed by the Oxford School District and later the Solanco School District as a cafeteria aide.

She is survived by two children; Donald G. McPherson and wife Rebecca of Port Deposit, MD and Alison McPherson of Quarryville, PA, two grandsons, Craig McPherson and wife Rachel Saccarelli of Bechtelsville, PA and Steven McPherson of Port Deposit, MD, one great-granddaughter Lily McPherson of Port Deposit, MD, and one brother Walter L. "Chuck" Soulliard, Jr. of Quarryville.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Upper Octorara Cemetery, 357 Octorara Road, Parkesburg, PA.
