Josephine S. Rutledge

Josephine S. Rutledge, 82, formerly of Parkesburg, passed away on Tuesday, July 2 at Conestoga View of Lancaster.  She was the wife of John L. Rutledge, with whom she shared 65 years of marriage.

Born in Chester, she was the daughter of the late Mary Jo (Brocolli) and Nicholas Iacono.

Josephine was a parishioner of the Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church of Parkesburg.  She was employed by Unisys as an Assembly Working for 20 years.

She is survived, in addition to her husband, by three daughters, Sharon R. Stoltzfus of New Holland, Christine A. Umble, wife of Robert, of Cochranville and Mary Jo Russin, wife of Keith, of Mt. Joy; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 11am from Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church, 603 W 2nd Ave, Parkesburg, PA followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Viewing at the church from 10 to 11am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Josephine's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
