Joseph John Angelotti

June 9, 1947 — September 9, 2017

Joseph John Angelotti, 70, of East Fallowfield, passed away on Saturday September 9, 2017 at his residence. He was the beloved husband of Debra E. (Green) Angelotti, with whom he shared 37 years of marriage. Born in Ashland, he was the son of the late Joseph John Angelotti Sr. and Theresa (Kufrovick) Angelotti.

Joe was raised in Hershey, Pennsylvania and grew up in his beloved neighborhood of Derry Road/Park Avenue surrounded by his lifelong friends.  Joe was a 1965 graduate of Hershey High School. Joe went on to complete an Associate’s Degree at Goldey-Beacom College before honorably serving in the United States Navy aboard the USS Biddle.

During his youth Joe was a well-known Ice Hockey player, commonly referred to as a Hershey Arena “Rink Rat” spending countless hours working on his craft. Joe played for a variety of high quality teams including the Junior Bears. His love for the sport would eventually carry into his professional life, serving as General Manager of Skateland in Aston Pennsylvania. During this time he also served on the board of directors for The Ice Skating Institute of America and was a member of the Delaware Valley Rink Managers Association.

Joe held additional positions at Archetti Sales and Marketing, and Marchioro, USA, working as a sales representative in the pet industry for over twenty years. He was most recently employed by Wegmans’s in Downingtown.

He is survived in addition to his wife, by his son Brian T. Angelotti of East Fallowfield; and one sister, Patricia Skinner of Grantville, PA.

The family would like to invite everyone to attend a Celebration of Joe's life on Saturday, September 23 at 1:00 PM at 101 Crest Place, East Fallowfield, Pa.  An additional celebration will take place in Hershey, PA at a later date, TBD
