Joanne M. Budzik

Joanne M. Budzik, 73, of Coatesville, passed away on Friday, July 10th, 2020 under the care of Harrison House, surrounded by her family.

Born in Coatesville, Joanne was the daughter of Wanda Budzik and the late George Budzik Sr.  A Coatesville resident her entire life, she was a graduate of Scott High School.  She was a member of the former St. Stanislaus Church in Coatesville.

Joanne worked at the Coatesville Public Library for over 40 years.

She enjoyed reading mystery novels, especially the stories of Stephanie Plum.  Joanne enjoyed needlework, coloring, and helping her family members.

She is survived, in addition to her mother, by her siblings, George A Budzik, Jr., husband of Karen, Charles F. Budzik, Sr., husband of Diane, Dorothy A. Budzik, Andrew A. Budzik, husband of Joyce, and Mary Ann E. Hoover, wife of Mark; her 11 nieces and nephews, George III, husband of Krista, Greg, husband of Rebecca, Charles Jr., husband of Lisa,  Michael, husband Kathleen Keleigh, Sarah, Amanda, Elaina wife of Matthew and Reanna; and 16 great-nieces and nephews, Justin, Josh, Gavin, Nicole, Ryan, Jacob, Isaac, Faith, Emma, Grace, Sophie, Stella, Molly, Kaylee, Hayden, and Charlie.

Joanne was predeceased by her niece, Krissy, and nephew, Matthew.

A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Saturday, July 25th at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Consolation Church, 603 W 2nd Ave, Parkesburg, PA 19365 with a visitation from 9:30 until the start of the service.
