Hugh A. "Tony" Blevins

Hugh A. "Tony" Blevins, 63, of Parkesburg, PA, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022, in West Chester, PA.  He was the husband of Paula Watkins Blevins. Born in West Chester and raised in West Grove, PA, he was the son of Virgil and Alice McMillan Blevins.

Tony enjoyed grilling, especially for benefits and parties. He also enjoyed going to Cecil County Dragway to watch the races, and even raced there as a young man. He spent many years on the APA pool league and competing in horseshoe tournaments. He was a lifelong trucker, hauling building supplies locally and across the country.

In addition to his wife, Paula, he is survived by his children, Misty Blevins, Harley Blevins, and Reba Blevins, grandchildren, Dezirae and Kendall, siblings Dwayne Blevins, Bonnie Blevins, Joel Harris and several other siblings.

A memorial visitation will take place from 5 PM to 7 PM  on Friday, June 10, 2022 from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, PA 19365 . In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
