Helen A. Salzman

Helen A. Salzman, 82, formerly of Coatesville, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at the Tel Hai Retirement Community of Honey Brook.  She was the widow of the late Vincent P. Salzman, who passed away in 1985.

Born in Grove City, Pa., Helen was the daughter of the late Alberta E.(MacFarland) and Hutchinson B. Williams.

Helen was a graduate from the Coatesville Nursing School.  She was employed by the VA Hospital for 25 years.

Helen is survived by five children, Michael Neefe of Albuquerque, NM, Donna Spencer of Honey Brook, Pa., Kenneth Neefe of Narvon, Pa., Gloria Volk of Phoenixville, Pa., Kathleen Salzman of Parkesburg, Pa. and stepdaughter, Theresa Hughes of Wilkes Barre, Pa; 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Helen was predeceased by one daughter, Barbara Jean Neefe and one brother, John Williams.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 29th, 2013 at 11 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, Pa. 19365, followed by interment in the Hephzibah Cemetery of East Fallowfield. The viewing will be held from 10 AM until the time of the service.
