Helen K. Wilson

Helen K. Wilson, 81, of Cochranville, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at the Brandywine Hospital. She was the widow of the late Donald G. Wilson who died in 1997. Born in Boothwyn, she was the daughter of the late Norman E. and Blanche Wooding Reside.

Formerly a resident of West Chester, Helen retired from Wyeth, Inc. of West Chester with 25 years of service. She was a member of the Highland Baptist of Parkesburg and she also attended the Sandy Hill Mennonite Church.



She is survived by two sons; George D. Wilson and wife Cathy of Coatesville and Norman E. Wilson and wife Dolores of Narvon, two grandchildren, Nicole and Clayton and five siblings; John Reside, Ruth Engrem, Mary Potak, Martha Clendaniel and Miriam Dixon. She was preceded in death by one granddaughter Tammy and one sister Naomi Reside.



Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 1:00 pm from the Highland Baptist Church, 1 East Highland Rd., Parkesburg, with Pastor Mike Chodan officiating. Interment will be held in the Sandy Hill Mennonite Cemetery. Family and friends are also  invited to attend the viewing, which will be held at the Church from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm.
