Helen B. Meyers

Helen B. Myers, 92, of Cochranville, passed away on Saturday November 15, 2008 at Harrison Senior Living in Christiana, Pa. She was the loving wife of Robert L. Myers with whom she shared 71 years of marriage. Born in West Fallowfield Township, she was the daughter of the late Willis and Caroline Chambers Bush.

Helen was an area resident all her life and 1934 graduate of the former West Fallowfield High School. She was a member of the Faith Bible Chapel and the Golden Age Club of Cochranville.

She is survived, in addition to her husband, by two children; Janet, wife of Warren Hardy of Gap and John Myers and wife Alice of Christiana, four grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and two siblings Jean Kline of Landis Valley and Robert Bush of Atglen. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren; M. David Myers, and Cheryl A. Hardy, one great grandson Cpl Brandon M. Hardy and four siblings Willis Bush, John Bush, Edith Shivery Hilaman and Mildred Farmer.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 11:00 am from the Faith Bible Chapel, Wesley Acres, Cochranville, Pa. followed by interment at the Glen Run Baptist Cemetery, Atglen. Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing from the church from 10:00 am to the time of the service.
