Harold T. Nuse

Harold T. Nuse, 80, of West Grove, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at the Neighborhood Hospice Unit in West Chester.  He was the beloved husband of Margaret H. Horner Nuse with whom he shared 30 years of marriage.

Born in Coatesville, Harold was the son of Ruth (Baxter) and Albert Nuse. Harold proudly served in the US Navy from 1951 to 1955 during the Korean War.  He was formerly employed by the Lukens Steel Co. in Coatesville and had worked most of his life in the construction field.

He is survived, in addition to his wife, by seven children: H. Ted Nuse, husband of Maebelle, Dale Nuse, Sue Burkins, Richard Lewis, husband of Sam, Joann Stoltzfus, wife of Dave, Bill Coleman, husband of Donna and Peggy Miller, wife of Daniel; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and sister, Margaret Shaw. He was predeceased by two children: Michael and Dwayne Nuse, grandchildren, Michael Nuse and Dwayne Skiles and brothers, Albert Nuse and Buddy Nuse.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
