Gloria Ann Lyons

Gloria Ann Lyons, 87, of Parkesburg, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.  She was the widow of the late William Lyons, with whom she shared over 50 years of marriage.

Born in Coatesville, Gloria was the daughter of the late Pearl (Romig) and John Gay.  She was a graduate of Scott High School and worked for over 20 years at Pepperidge Farm in Downingtown.

Gloria loved her children and grandchildren and was the backbone of the family.

Gloria is survived by her children: Bill Lyons, husband of Shawn, of Fredericksburg, VA, Barry Mancino, husband of Virginia, of Kennett Square, PA, Chris Lyons, husband of Teresa, of Westwood, PA, Vicki Himelright, wife of Bob, of West Caln, PA, Patrick Lyons of Inverness, FL, and Phil Lyons, husband of Renae, of Rising Sun, MD; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and siblings, Bud Gay, Barb Chenger, Tony Gay, Jim Gay, Norma Davis, and Charles Gay.

In addition to her husband, Gloria was preceded in death by her son, Joe Lyons, and her siblings, John Gay, Betty Hyman, Judy Hess, Peg Pierce, and Dot Kitterman.

The funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
