Geraldine Florence Baker

Geraldine Florence Baker, 89, passed away at Harrison House of Coatesville on Thursday, September 28, 2023.  She was the wife of the late John H. Baker of Coatesville for 53 years.  Born in Philadelphia, she was he daughter of the late John H. and Ruth Reel Barben.

She went to school in Germantown and Philadelphia. She was employed by Remington Rand in Philadelphia and later she was a teacher's aide at Pennsylvania School for the Deaf in Caln.  She also was an election officer in Caln Township. Geraldine attended Hope Fellowship in West End, Coatesville.

She is survived by two children, James Baker and wife Sylvia of Sadsburyville and Margaret Adams and husband Chuck of Elkton, MD and seven grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her brother John H. Barben, Jr. and daughter Amanda Baker.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
