Gary Lee Sensenig, 53, of Cochranville, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Karen L. Sensenig, with whom he shared 32 years of marriage.
Born in Coatesville, Gary was the son of the late Dorothy A. (Graybeal) and Harry K. Sensenig.
He was a 1979 graduate of the Lancaster Mennonite High School.
Gary was self-employed as a Carpenter for 20 years.
He was the Chief Engineer, President, and Treasurer at the Atglen Fire Co.; as well as Chief Asst. Engineer at the Keystone Valley Fire Dept.
Gary was a member of the Cochranville United Methodist Church, where he served as Trustee.
He is survived, in addition to his wife, by his son, David Boozer, husband Shannon; and two grandchildren, Jonathon and Isabella Boozer all of Bowmansville; his siblings, Harry A. Sensenig, husband of Jodi Ann, of Kirkwood and Marie Brenner, wife of John, of Lititz.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 4th at 11 AM at the Parkesburg United Methodist, 411 Main St, Parkesburg, PA 19365 followed by interment in the Glen Run Cemetery of Atglen. The viewing will be held on both Thursday evening from 5 until 8 PM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg and again on Friday morning at the Church from 10 until 11 AM.
