Fred A. "Buddy" Casey, Jr.

Fred H. “Buddy” Casey, 67, formerly of Parkesburg, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at his home in Gap.  Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Fred and Sara Rissell Casey.

An area resident most his life he was a 1969 graduate of the Octorara High School. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. Buddy was a retired steel worker from Lukens and Allegheny Ludlum Corporation. He was a lover of animals and had a wonderful sense of humor. He will be deeply missed by all.

He is survived by his godson, Nick and Aimee DiObilda and their five kids who loved their Pop-Pop Freddy. He was also survived by nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by three siblings, Gary Casey, Gail Casey and Dawn Paup.
