Euna Lee Scott

Euna Lee Scott, 96, of Kinzers, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at her home. She was the widow of the late John J. Scott, Sr. who died in 1995. They shared 48 years of marriage together. Born in Salisbury, MD, she was the daughter of the late Aubrey J. Poole and Maggie Lee Wilson Poole.

Euna was an area resident most of her life and a graduate of the former Parkesburg High School. She was employed for over 40 years by the former Johnstone Engineering Corp. of Parkesburg as a secretary.

She is survived by one son John J. Scott and his life partner Laurie with whom Euna lived with, four grandchildren; Andy Thomas and wife Stacey, Jimmy Thomas and wife Katie, Christi Shultz and Robert Scott, four great grandchildren; Kori, Kelley, Kara and Emily, two great great grandchildren; Lucas and Chloe, one brother Hanson Poole and one son-in-law Gerald A. Thomas, Sr. She was preceded in death by one daughter; Anna R. Thomas and two sisters; Joyce Horn and Aleda Loughman.
