Edmund F. Kowaleski

Edmund F. Kowaleski, 87, of Coatesville passed away at his home on Monday, December 19, 2022. Born in Glen Lyon, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Frank Kowaleski and Stacia Yodock. He was the beloved husband of the late Francis Kowaleski with whom he shared 60 years of marriage.

Edmund was employed as a State Police Officer and later worked at Gap Power before retiring just 6 years ago.

He was also a Navy Veteran. Serving his country for seven years.

He was a faithful member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church of Coatesville.

He is survived by one son: Kevin Kowaleski and daughter-in-law and caregiver Jennifer Kowaleski of Coatesville, 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by three siblings: Gene Kowaleski, Eleanor Larson, and Edward Kowaleski.

Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
