Edith A. Powell

Edith A. Powell, 86, of Highland Twp., died on July 17, 2014 at the Masonic Village of Elizabethtown, PA. She was the widow of William H. Powell who died in 1980. Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mae Mower Flynn.                               .

Edie was an area resident all her life. She was employed by Royal Paper in Coatesville retiring in 1990 with 25 years of service.

She was a member of the Parkesburg United Methodist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star #249 of Coatesville, Penn Piston Poppers, the Retread Motorcycle Club and she was a life member of West End Fire Company Auxiliary.

She is survived by her son, Joseph L. Reynolds of Highland, two grandsons Richard Reynolds husband of Gretchen and William Reynolds husband of Karen, four great grandchildren, and one brother, Robert Flynn of Coatesville.
