Dr. John J. Gain, Iii

Dr. John J. Gain, III, 55, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Monday, May, 7, 2018 at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Suzanne Miller Wilde of Parkesburg and the late John J. Gain, Jr.

John was a graduate of the Hahnemann University Hospital Medical School and after graduation served his internship at the Geisinger Medical Center.

John is survived, in addition to his mother, by his companion of 17 years Kerry Lucas of Wilmington, DE, and three siblings; Michael P. Gain and wife Alison of New Hartford, CT, Mary Pat Barton and husband Thomas of Newark, DE and Brandon Gain of Wilmington, DE.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 11 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St. Parkesburg, PA. Family and friends are also invited to attend the visitation from 10 to 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment at the convenience of the family.
