Donald E. Huyard

Donald E. Huyard, 83, of Blue Ball, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at his home. He was the husband of the late Dawn Thomas Huyard who died in 2011. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of the late Frank Huyard and Florence Troup Huyard.

Don was an area resident all his life. He was employed most of his life as a welder and was last employed by the SOMAT Company.

He enjoyed trap shooting and target shooting.

He is survived by four children; Mary Beth Kheen and husband Bill of Parkesburg, Kenneth D. Huyard and wife Lucy of Willow Street, PA, Susan M. Huyard of Wagontown, PA and Scott M. Huyard and fiance Shannon Hayes of Blue Ball, PA, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two siblings; Virginia Huyard of West Nottingham, PA and James Huyard of Coatesville, PA. He was preceded in death by two sisters; Arlene White and Pauline Brackin and four brothers; Robert L. Huyard, Frank Huyard, Ross Wright, and Richard Huyard.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
