Dolores (Johnson) Crawford

Dolor es (Johnson) Crawford, 92, of West Grove passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 29, 2022. Born in Cambria County she was the daughter of the late George and Alice (Towner) Johnson. She was the beloved wife of the late Harold “Herb” Crawford, with whom she shared 40 years of marriage.

Dolor es attended Blacklick High School and went on to serve as a Collater for Kennett News and Advertising.

She enjoyed time spent with family, volunteering at Jennersville Hospital, trips to Ocean City Maryland, and Shopping. She was a long time member of West Grove United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two daughters: Joyce Lewis and Marsha Book and husband Albert, four grandchildren; Brandon Book, Kyle Book, Scott Lewis, and Tracey Chambers, and six great-grandchildren; Tyler, Vance, Braelyn, Serenity, Harmony, and Hunter. She is preceded in death by one daughter; Sharon Hornberger, five siblings and one Grandson; Sean Lewis.

Funeral Servic es will be private and at the convenience of the family.
