David C. Ford

David C. Ford, 65, of Ronks, PA, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, in Lancaster, PA.  He was the husband of Norma Jean Kling Ford for over 42 years.  Born in Coatesville, PA, he was the son of Betty Jane Johnson Ford of South Coatesville, PA, and the late David A. Ford.

David retired from Cleveland Cliffs, formerly Lukens, Steel Company in Coatesville.  He was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan and he loved the music of George Jones.  He enjoyed going to his cabin in the mountains and hunting.

Besides his wife and mother he is survived by his children, Lori Ford (Jim Brymesser) of Middletown, PA, Joshua Ford of Lancaster, PA, stepson, John Christman (Amanda Rosenberger) of Somerset, PA, grandchildren, Leeya and Koltyn Economos, step-grandchildren, Joseph, Donovan, Trent, and Emma Christman, Autumn and Braxton Rosenberger, and Cassidy Brymesser, and a sister Michelle Ford.  He was preceded in death by a brother, William Ford.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. from the Wilde Funeral Home, Parkesburg, with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Cancer Society of America by Clicking HERE
