Daisy B. Jackson

Daisy B. Jackson, 97, of New Holland, passed away on Friday, August 12, 2016 at the Keystone Villa in Ephrata.  She was the wife of the late Charles Jackson.

Born in Coatesville, Daisy was the daughter of the late Mabel (Devlin) and William Means.  She was a 1937 graduate of Scott High School in Coatesville.  Daisy worked at Bell of PA as a Telephone Operator, retiring in 1981 after 28 years of service with perfect attendance.  She was a life member of the telephone pioneers.

Daisy was a member of the New Holland United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son Charles W. Jackson, husband of Peggy, of New Holland; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three great, great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Grace Sagnor, Wayne Means, William Means and Lloyd Russell.

The Funeral Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
