Carol A. Walker

Carol A. Walker, 74, of Oxford, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Jennersville Regional Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Robert Walker with whom she shared 37 years of marriage. Born in Mountain City, TN, she was the daughter of the late Edward Gilbert and Marie Arnold Berry.

Carol was a County resident most of her life. She was employed by the Cartmel Retirement Community of Kennett Square, PA. She attended the Full Gospel Apostolic Church of Kennett Square, PA.

She is survived, in addition to her husband, by seven children; Barbara Ann Dunn of Oxford, Vickie Roark and husband Robert of Kemblesville, Connie Dunn of Oxford, Leslie Harwood of Oxford, Brian May of Oxford, Joyce Cornell and husband Steve of Newcastle, DE and Robert Leffew and wife Darlene of Rising Sun, MD, 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Full Gospel Apostolic Church, 430 E. S. St., Kennett Square, PA with Pastor Gary Ratliff officiating.  Family and friends are also invited to attend the viewing at the church from 10:00 - 11:00 AM.
