Carol Louise Cardwell Richmond

Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of Marjorie Bithell Cardwell of Honey Brook and the late Gilbert P. Cardwell.

She was a 1977 graduate of Octorara High School and a 1983 graduate of Lancaster Bible College.

Carol was an accomplished pianist and loved to write notes of encouragement.

She is survived, in addition to her mother, by her three sisters, Nancy Heckman, wife of Lee, of Atglen, Pa., Diane Buckwalter, wife of Dennis, of Erie, Pa., and Elaine Graybeal, wife of Phil, of Greenville, S.C.; and eight nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Calvary Monument Bible Church, 1660 Mine Road, Paradise, Pa., followed by interment in the Upper Octorara Cemetery of Parkesburg.  Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing from 10 until 11 AM.
